There are still problems with connections from home however the broker server is allowing some new connections albeit with reduced speed.
Affected users should continue attempting to log in every 5 - 10 minutes.

Users are now able by restarting your computer when inside the office network.

There is an issue with Hosted connections where some users are not connecting to the system.
Access Point need you to log out of Hosted by 9.30am if you are logged in so they can restart the entire stack of servers to try and resolve the issues. If you don’t log out you may lose any work that you were working on at the time of the restart.
You should be able to try and log back in by 9.45am.

We are still experiencing issues with Hosted.
Some users may be able to log in whilst others will get an error.
This has been escalated to the Infrastructure team at the provider’s end and we will let you know when we hear more.
Please can you keep trying to log in every 5 – 10 minutes.

There is an issue logging into Hosted at the moment. A call has been logged and they are investigating this.
If you can keep trying every 10/15 minutes to login to Hosted .

Current status: Resolved
Scope of impact: Any user serviced by the affected infrastructure may be unable to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.
